As a newly formed organization, DataSpark has big ambitions to become a major regional player in the analytics software and consulting space.  As part of our highly energetic, youthful and dynamic team, we are looking for a highly motivated, highly disciplined individual to drive and build the DataSpark business in the coming years as the enterprise & channels sales leader.

As a young organization, DataSpark is seeking to build an ecosystem of consulting and technology solution partners that will help promote and deliver cutting edge insights and solutions based on DataSpark offerings.  Your primary objective is to engage C-suite buyers in new and innovative conversations around analytics and insights, create new initiatives, lead DataSpark presales & consulting team to progress opportunities till closure.  In the process, you will also be required to identify, recruit and develop a set of partners by helping them driving new business based on DataSpark’s analytics offerings


  • Engage C-suite and senior line of business buyers either directly or via business partners to evangelize the value of telco-based insights & DataSpark’s offerings.  
  • Work with clients & partners to identify & create new funded projects.  
  • Lead the DataSpark pursuit team to articulate & demonstrate our value propositions through the engagement process.
  • Understand & execute DataSpark’s channel strategy by identifying the recruiting suitable partners to support our growth strategy
  • Develop business partners capabilities around DataSpark offerings and lead these partners in client engagements to build their selling competencies.  
  • Drive prospecting activity through channel routes to market so as to identify new clients & opportunities
  • Providing sales leadership to support partners to qualify, create value for clients & progress sales opportunities to closure
  • Work with other sellers, business partners, and units of within Singtel/NCS group to create an effective solution for the client
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the client’s industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators.
  • Specific industries of focus will be Governments, Advertising, Retail/Property, Tourism & Events management,  
  • Responsible for monitoring & guiding the delivery of projects to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet & exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for contract signings & booked revenue.


  • Bachelors/Masters or related degree business or engineering degree
  • At least 3-4 years proven sales/channel sales record in software solutions market.  
  • At least 2 years of experience in building and managing a partner ecosystem
  • Have extensive professional contacts with consulting firms, solution providers or Government agencies
  • Ability to excite identified partners and align their business to DataSpark’s strategy
  • Proven channel business planning & management.
  • As a Solution and Consultative seller, you would have outstanding ability to understand business problems, create value propositions and articulate a corresponding solution.  
  • Ability to build and execute a GTM/ territory plan  
  • Has experience managing various levels of partners and external clients
  • Strong EQ, collaborative and networking skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, ability to problem solve and work with ambiguity
  • Strong reputation & trusted by clients and partners in the industry
  • Knowledge of the analytics software industry & ecosystem
